Ok lang ba store ang breastmilk bags na nakaziploc na may kasamang ibang food sa ref? Bale sa chiller naman nakalagay yung milk.

Hi mommies! Should i be worried if behind ng 3 weeks ang bpd ni baby? Tapos behind naman ng 2 weeks yung hc nya? Ultrasound taken at 37 weeks.

What do you guys usually do to relieve constipation? Currently 32 weeks pregnant and mas grabe ang constipation ko ngayon. Veen drinking a lot of water and eating a lot of fiber enriched food pero ganun pa din ?
