Evening Sickness

Hi Mommies, baka pwede ako makahingi ng advice to lessen yung heartburn and acid reflux ko? I always have an “EVENING SICKNESS” lagi ako may heartburn/acid reflux sa gabi kahit konti lang kinakaen ko before bedtime. Okay naman ako sa morning pero pag dating ng hapon hindi na okay pakiramdam ko. Thanks po sa mga sasagot.?

Hi mamsh. 1) There's no such thing as evening sickness. Morning sickness ang tawag jan in general. Not because it's "morning" sickness it already means that it can only occur in the morning. Regardless of when it happens it's still called morning sickness. 2) Sa heartburn or acid reflux, pwedeng uminom ng Gaviscon per my OB. Matindi kasi heartburn ko from maybe 5 or 6 weeks hanggang lalabas na lang ung baby ko at 38w3d. Pero hindi ako uminom nyan. More more tubig lang pero syempre matic more more ihi rin. Tapos pag matutulog k make sure elevated ang balikat pataas papuntang ulo mo. Also humanap ka ng position na komportable ka. Ako kasi sa right side nababawasan ung heartburn ko
