My Afi as of now it's 8.9 and I'm 28 weeks along.

I realized that my baby's movements have reduced drastically from how active it was. So we immediately went to my ob/gyn, she suggested a scan which revealed that my water is low and plus one of the cord is around my baby's neck. She has suggested more liquids and protein in my diet. The growth of the baby is at 45th centile. Apparently the AC and FL are in GA of 27w, BPD and HC are of 29w. Can this be reversed and become normal? Coz I'm only at my 28th week of pregnancy.
