I'm 20week now.. Within 2week I gained weight 2.2kg. What should I do to reduce too much weight gain during pregnancy..what best exercise to do..

Swimming best time ngandung. Sbb badan rasa ringan n lenguh2 hilang 😄 . Right now i do squats, arm exercise and climb up / down the stairs whenever I can. 👍🏼
