More carbohydrates? Rice or porridge/breads/noodles/pasta.. whatever she’s willing to eat. Some foods like avocados and oily fish (eg. Salmon) have good fats If she’s eating well but still having trouble gaining weight, you might want to bring her to see a pediatrician for a check up
