Hi, I am not sure if my newborn gets enough breastmilk from me. Medyo hindi pa ako confindent if naibibigay ko ba ang enough milk to her while breastfeeding. Pano ko kya ma-sure na hindi ko sya nagugutom at enough ang milk na nakukuha nya sa akin?

Normal lang po yan sa una.Mag pump lang po kayo ng mag pump lagyan nyo ng sched tas inom po kayo malunggay capsules or magpakulo kayo ng malunggay gawin nyo pong tea.
