Bedrest 😔

Bedrest ang suggestion ni OB since nagsabe ako na may parang malalaglag na feeling ako sa pwerta ko. May pinapainom din sya na gamot saken. Im on my 14th week and my 1st baby. Ano pa mga bawal gawin pag complete bedrest? Salamat
