How long to wear belly binder on after c sec delivery?

Hi mommies who’s gone through a c sec delivery! Does anyone know how long do we have to keep the abdominal binder on after discharge? Is there a recommended period or gauge? Thanks!

Doc recommended at least a month Everyday

Infant care registration

Hi, any pregnant moms trying to register for infant care? Any idea what’s the process is like? Can I register before delivery or do I have to wait til my baby is born first? Thanks!

You can “chope” your placement as early as 12th weeks. I did that. I called the centre and was granted a visit to the centre. They would just need me to provide them with baby’s detail once baby is out.
