Ano pong magandang Feminine Wash after giving birth?

Ask ko lang po if when ba dapat magtake ng Calcimate and Hemarate ba yun? And when nagpapa inject ng mga need ng preggy, like anti-tetanus. 1 week nalang kase, 7 months nako. Wala pa advise si OB till now. Im currently taking OBIMIN and FOLIC ACID Anti-Anemia. Thankyou.

Meron din po bang same saken dito na may linea nigra and yung pusod nag pop out, with dark circle around it, as in dark at malaki. Medyo nakaka-ilang kase di tuloy makapag pic with tummy out. ?
