Pregnancy belt

Hi, mommies... I have short cervix daw po kaya prone sa preterm labor/delivery.. 😩 Please pray with us po na mareach ni baby ang full term bago sya lumabas. Anyway, my doctor advised me to use pregnancy belt.. Is anyone here used this po ba? I'm 5 months pregnant, safe po ba ito for everyday use? Di po ba naiipit si baby? Baby's first kicks??

Good day, mommies! I'm a ftm at 18 weeks today. I am feeling right now irregular "popping bubbles" after I had my breakfast na sabi nila ganon daw ang feeling ng first kicks ni baby. Pero sa bandang puson ko sya nafifeel. First kicks na nga ba yun? San nyo po nafeel yung first kicks / punches ng baby nyo? Thanks.

Foot Spa

Hi po, mommies. I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Tanong ko lang po kung okay lang po ba magpa foot spa without massage.. Yung parang aalisin lang po ang callus and soak lang sa maligamgam na tubig. Thanks.😊
