hello po , 2nd time mom npo ako . sa 1st born ko po di po ako nagkagatas as in po ginawa ko na lahat at nag tubig din po ako ng MALUngay . ngayon po 4 1/2 months npo ang tyan ko ask ko lng po ano po magandang kainin or inumin para magkagatas thanks

Ang advise mii is mag more on mga sabaw and mga pampa milk supplement. Ang adviseable daw is a month or few weeks before ka mag give birth tapos tuloy tuloy lang daw po and continuous latch ni baby.
