Hello mommies sino po dito may allergic rhinitis?

Meron po kasi ako maintenance na Avamys nasal spray para sa AR ko pero sa ngayon pina stop muna ng OB kasi nasa 6weeks pregnant ako... May ma advice po kayo na alternative ways para maless ang atake ng allergies? Pa help naman po mga mommies and thank you in advance! ♥️

Hello! Hehehe also have allergic rhinitis (so does my daughter) as much as possible sa case kasi namin is more on dust kasi sensitive or fur ng aso. Ang method na i used to try and it from triggering before was know what triggers my AR, if alam na try iwasan! Wala naman po kasing lunas ang AR so iwas iwas nalang po if hindi kayang iwasan, ask your OB po what you can take. Hirap po kasi pag nattrigger eh. Nung pregnant po ako is Claritin yung binigay sakin pero still ask your OB po! 💕
