First Time Mom?

My EDD is today and already I don't have any pains and signs to be in labour, should I be worried??

    Yes. I was like that too. Has your cervix dilated yet? Has Gynae insert a pill to soften it? Consider inducing soon.

      I feel you. Try to relax and practice breathing and relaxation techniques. It will help during labour. Knowing the signs of labour will also allow you to be more prepared. Think of your soon to be born baby and all will be well.
