Typhoid fever and dengue

Hello po. Ilang days po ba usually nakaconfine pag typhoid fever? matagal din po ba recovery. Naadmit po si Lo last saturday, first result IGM positive then positive din sa typhoid. Ano po ba ang best food para lumakas ulit si LO? Thank you
