Newborn Rash

Kaka Lipat lang po namin ng bahay and after 5 days may pimple like rash na nakita ako sa palm and sole ng anak ko.. Akala ko dahil lng sa balbas ni mister.. Pero dumami ito na halos occupied na ang buong palm and sole ng bata.. 2days after natuyo and parang kalyo na.. Pero nag continue ang pag labas ng rashes sa binti and arms ng bata.. Any idea ano po cause nito?
