    Wajar. Sering ngemil aja biar asam lambung ga cepet naik. Jangan biarin perut kosong terlalu lama. Selalu sedia camilan. Makannya sedikit-sedikit porsi kecil tapi sering. Jangan sekali makan langsung banyak. Juga hindari makanan yang pedes, berminyak, bersantan, asem. Kalo habis makan jangan langsung rebahan, duduk dulu. Boleh gosok pake minyak kayu putih
