Atopic dermatitis po yan, skin allergies. Try to change po baby soap and lotion to hypoallergenic gaya ng cetaphil baby or aveeno. Mild detergent din gamitin panglaba sa damit ni baby at huwag na po yung matatapang na fabric softener. 😊
