obat flu dan vitamin untuk keeehatan ibu hamili

Halo.. Saya mau sharing.. Saya sebelum hamil aeringkali kena flu.. Dan saat ini sdg hamil 3 bulan saya kena flu. Adakah obat yg aman utk flu dan mohon info vitamin yang bagus utk ibu hamil supaya imunitas tubuh saya meningkat sehingga tidak mudah terkena Flu.. Terima kasih
