Pain

I'm 23 wks pregnant, hindi po ako nakakaranas ng cramps pero sobrang sakit po ng pisngi ng pwet ko right side only. Normal lang po ba ito at ano kelangan kong gawin para malessen ung pain??? Thanks po sa sasagot .
