    saya sendiri sudah ambien dari gadis bund,pas hamil anak pertama agak membesar apalagi kalo susah BAB..tapi puji Tuhan lahiran normal..usahakan jangan sampe BABnya keras bund,coba makan biah pepaya,atau buah naga,perbanyak minum air putih juga
