Not durable. Tore at second wear.

Bought 2. One of them tore at the crotch area when I only wore it for the second time. It wasn’t even very tight :/ I’m a size M for LB clothes and size S for JEC clothes.

Can I squat down during pregnancy?

Hi all! I heard from a friend that I cannot squat down or raise my arms during pregnancy. Even when I’m in my early pregnancy stage. Is this true and any idea why? 😊
