How to get pregnant . Have PCOS ?

PCOS mommy here 🙋🏻‍♀️ I read somewhere a few years ago na if you're trying to conceive uminom na ng folic acid. Before I got pregnant may iniinom akong vitamins for hair, skin, and nails and may folic acid sya. Shortly after I got pregnant. I didn't do anything else. Not sure if it helped. I'd suggest have yourself and your husband checked.
