What to do po? Inuubo at sinisipon ako di pa ako makapag pa check up kase yung OB ko hindi nag checheck up ng may ubo at sipon ng walang antigen test, please suggest po kayo mga home remedies, 32 weeks preggy po

CONSTIPATION

Sino nakakaranas ng constipation mga momsh? Tips naman pano to ma overcome nag consult nako sa OB ko, uminon daw ako marawing water, ginagawa ko naman and kumakain ng prutas at gulay pero still hirap parin mag poop😭23 weeks preggy here
