Bloating and Constipation

Okay lang po ba maglagay ng Efficascent oil extreme sa tummy. 9 weeks pregnant. Lagi po kase akong bloated at constipated. Salamat po

mi wag, mas maganda kung constipated ka umiwas ka muna sa mga karne pwede naman pero once a week lang saka more on gulay ka muna at isda. kain ka rin ng papaya, saging, oatmeal basta yung mga pampalabot ng poop para di ka mahirapan same kase tayo. 8 weeks and 5 days naman ako
