Mga mi ano po ibig sabihin posterior placenta with it's lowest edge at 2.85 cm from the internal os grade 2?

posterior, meaning sa likod ng uterus. ung lowest edge or dulo ng placenta ay 2.85cm ang lapit sa labasan ng baby. lower than 2 is considered low lying placenta or mababang inunan which could be for CS. consult your OB on findings.
