Brown discharge

I had a miscarriage in Feb at week 12.. It’s 5th week post miscarriage, I’m experiencing cramps and had abit of brown discharge but no menses. Am worried if it is Asherman’s Syndrome. Anyone experience brown discharge for their first menses post miscarriage? :(
