Hi mummies, any idea when will wedding ring fit again after pregnancy? I am now 1mth and 2 wks post pregnant and unable to fit in ):

Still can breastfeed with sore and bleeding nipples?

Hi mummies can I still breastfeed with sore and bleeding nipples? I have stopped for 2 days but still have the sore feeling. I don’t want to discontinue breastfeeding but the feeling is just.. ouch..

My nipples were sore due to my breasts being engorged. Only did warm compress and got baby to latch as often possible. Quite painful but just have to endure it a bit. Soreness went away within a few hours.

hey mummies 39w+3d but baby’s head yet to engaged. how?

Walk alot. Squats. Climb stairs. Curb walk. All these helps baby to engage. You can also watch videos in Youtube. Tons of methods to help you to engage baby and labour.
