Mens or PP bleeding?

Hi mga mi! May naka experience po ba sa inyo na bumalik ang pospartum bleeding? Di ko sure kung mens naba ito 1 month and 2wks palang si baby and EBF po ako. Diba pag ebf mostly ilang months pa ang menstruation?

Emotional Distress

Hi mga mommies. Any advice po how to cope emotional distress during pregnancy? As in malala nang stress ang nangyayare sakin ngayun wala nako gana kumain though tapos nako sa stage ng paglilihi. I’m so fed up with my partner. Ayoko naman magkwento sa iba dahil ang pangit tignan nun ayaw ko naman magmuka syang masama.
