22wks feeling pain sa puson parang cinacramps

Hello po, asking if normal ba pain na parang dinidysmenorrhea yung pain at 22wks since 4pm ko nafeel (9pm now). Super sakit and uncomfy parang puno ang tummy ko. Nagtry ako mag poop, may blood sa poop. Anyone experienced this? Thanks po. #firsttimemom #pain
