Hello, I’m a FTM at almost 27 weeks. Ask ko lang po, kasi lilipat kami ng asawa ko ng apartment and nasa 3rd floor, no elevator. Nasa 20 to 25 steps ang hagdan papanik at panaog. My question, is it safe na po ba magpanik-panaog during this weeks? My worry is naging maselan po kasi pagbubuntis ko during my 1st trimester nag bedrest po ako for a month but thank God my baby is safe! I already asked my OB about this but she’s not responding. So, nagbabakasali lang po rito kung may same case po ba sa akin. Maraming salamat po 😊

As per my OB po, advise niya sa akin na wag mag akyat baba sa hagdan kasi maselan din po ako.

For me if maselan ka magbuntis At 27weeks kana hindi maganda yung madalas na pag akyat panaog ng hagdan baka mag early labor ka siguro okay Lang mga Once a week Lang para safe kayo ni baby
