38 weeks , cramps

Hello, ask ko lng ano pwede gwin to ease my wife's pain s cramps. shes been having cramps lately and may onting tubig n s private part n lumalabas ( sign of labour i guess ). anything anyone can suggest ? much appreciated

    it's better to take vitamin B complex in the morning if kasama yun sa prescribed vitamins nya. light massage can also help ease the cramps and ipatong ang paa/legs sa unan or isandal sa pader for 10-15 mins for good blood circulation.

      as long as you don't have allergies to it and its well cooked, no runny yolk or egg whites

        as long as egg is well cooked. no runny yolk or egg white and you don't have allergies to egg/ chicken
