Bayi 5bln sering poop

Mau tanya bunda bunda biasanya bayi full asi udah masuk usia 5bln itu poopnya berpa kali sehari, soalnya anak ku masih full asi tapi poopnya sering banget bisa 5-6x sehari, untuk tekstur dia lunak dan agak berbiji tapi kadang ada airnya juga. Ini termasuk diare bukan ya bund?
