infant allergy, collic

hi I have a 2mos. lo exclusive breastfeed Everytime I ate chicken, egg and seafood nagcocollic siya, my pedia told me she's allergic to those foods so I have to avoid it since she's EBF unfortunately there's an instances na nakakakain ako like egg kapag d ko nakita. is there anyone here like me? can anyone share to us if what would u do if ur baby is fussy due to collic? Thank you.

i honestly think most babies really undergo colic for the first 3 mos. i just eat anything in moderation and would swaddle my baby when he sleeps. after 3 mos his colic just went away naturally
