infant allergy, collic

hi I have a 2mos. lo exclusive breastfeed Everytime I ate chicken, egg and seafood nagcocollic siya, my pedia told me she's allergic to those foods so I have to avoid it since she's EBF unfortunately there's an instances na nakakakain ako like egg kapag d ko nakita. is there anyone here like me? can anyone share to us if what would u do if ur baby is fussy due to collic?
