Problem when taking obimin.

Im having a problem here. When ever i take obimin i will get bad migraine. But when i didnt take it i dont have any migraine. Why?

I got 1 question. During the pregnancy if i got a terrible headache can i consume panadol extra? does it affect anything to my 10 weeks baby?
