SPOTTING or BLEEDING?

Hi mga mamsh! FTM here, 7 weeks preggy. Ask ko lang if normal pa ba mag spotting/bleeding? Kasi minsan parang discharge lang, minsan naman spot lang, minsan parang pupuno ng pantyliner. See attached pic, yan po yung last na nadamihan tlga ako.
