38 weeks (pee or water broke)

Hello po. Ano pong dapat gawin if pumutok panubigan? Kaya lang hindi ko po sure if my water bag is broke or ihi lang. Pero wala naman pong contractions. Advise po pls. Thank you#firstbaby
