Need aswer pls!

Hi all the mommies, nak tanya. I baru keluar hospital minggu lepas. Kena tahan 9days sebab insuline and kencing manis uncontrol. Now alhamdulilah. Cuma doc bagi tau they find protin on my urine, dorang kata buah pinggang dah ada rosak sikit. Before this i ada check tapi takde pun masalah tu. This first baby, so my mom and others auntie cakap normal. So nak tanya normal ke ? Sebab baby pun menghasilkan gula juga.. Help me.. Im still young so agak risau. Doc cuma cakap rosak sikit je, and akan hilang lepas melahirkan?
