morning sickness

Hi my baby is at 12 weeks today. I tried to eat vitamins that the doctor gave me. But! Few minutes later i vomit out everything.Even after meal. What should i do?😥😓

Aww.. Try eat together with something you like. Eg. I put the sweet and sour plum straight way inside my mouth after swallow the vit. Sometimes I swallow with few sips of cold milk. If not you might want to change to the brand that suit you. I stop vomiting after take smaller size vit
