BB ibu bertambah tapi BB janin malah kurang

Bun... Mau tanya,, kehamilan sya sudah masuk minggu k 23.. Kmrin setelah periksa k dokter BB ibunya berlebih tapi BB bayi malah kurang.. Masak udah nambah 12 kg baru 23 minggu hamil.. Kalau dokter nganjurin utk konsumsi alpukat & olahraga 15 menit.. Jadi skrg lebih aktif buat gerak entah itu bersih² rumah / jalan² .. Kira² olahraga apa ya yg cocok buat bumil yg pengen nurunin BB dan konsumsi makanan apa ya biar BB bayi nya jg nambah.. Terimakasih

    konsumsinya mkanan sehat ya bun, kurangin karbo, jus alpukas mmng bagus buat janin, susu hamil jg, sayur juga pntg bngt.mmng bbrapa kasus bb ibu nya naik drastis tp janinnya kcil.dan blm tntu jg bumil kecil debay nya kecil.yg pnth terapin pola hdup sehat bun jngn lupa berjemur dan olah raga😊
