Sakit Perut Macam Sengugut

Hai Ibu2, boleh share pengalaman siapa di sini ada mgalami macam sya masa 1st Trimester? Sakit sengugut yang smpai kaki terlipat sudah. Adakah ini normal atau sya kena rujuk doctor?? #1stimemom #pleasehelp

Awal trimester, sakit perut mcm senggugut adalah normal tapi sakit tu sekejap je and bukan terlalu sakit pun mcm period. Just a light and bearable pain. Ni kalau terlalu sakit, better ibu jumpa doctor dulu and dptkan nasihat.
