Hi, it’s only my 7 weeks in pregnancy but whenever I end work, my butt will cramp and I will be in extreme pain to a point where it hurts my back. My job require me to sit for at least 9 hours and I only walk when I going toilet or for 1 hour break. Any tips on how to avoid butt cramp as I could not stand most of the time due to in and out customer.

You can use cushion for back rest, butt support. And even if you cant walk, atleast stand and stretch during the 9 hours period. If butt pain is prolong can be do sciatica which is from butt to thigh to calf area. Be mindful of this which can commonly happened during pregnancy.
