1st trimester pregnancy

My 2nd pregnancy. I having a very bad first trimester experience where I have not been eating well, keep having the feeling of vomiting / nause. Any tip on how I can make myself better. Feeling stress, sad, no mood to do anything. Hope to get some tips. Thanks.

    it's normal, try taking more smaller meals or snacks when you feel hungry

      planning for 2nd baby

      Any mummy here have a 1 year age gap baby. Is it hard to take care? Currently I have a 4 months baby and i am planning to have a 2nd one next year.

        How to make my supply back....

        My milk supply was damn low at the first place and have stopped breast feeding. Now is totally no milk. I want my supply back. How can I make my supply back?
