MAY OVERFEED PO BA PAG BREASTFEEDING?

If nakaDIRECT LATCH po si baby, wala po. Kasi unlike sa bottle na papatak ang milk regardless if they suck or not, babies need to exert effort to suck and engage lots of their mouth and throat muscles para makapag-express ng milk sa breasts natin. Kaya they'll only feed what they need. Reminder lang din po that they don't breastfeed just for milk but for comfort as well. Kaya madalas tumatambay sila sila sa breasts natin for even upto 1 hr or more kasi relaxed and comfortable sila being with us ☺️
