UTI Baby Girl?

Hi mommies. My baby girl suddenly refused to eat. For 12 hours she didn't feed. Tapos gusto lang niya matulog. When I checked her diaper this morning. I saw this color. Parang blood. No fever and she's still smiling. Ngayon di na siya grumpy. Do you think this is UTI? Thanks.
