    Ambil makanan lengkap nutrisi dan Lebihkan portion sayuran hijau, dan sumber protein ; daging, ayam, ikan, kacang, telur, Keju juga sumber drpd lemak sihat; Keju, pure butter, yogurt, avacado, telur, santan, minyak kelapa, minyak zaitun. Contoh ; semangkuk mix vegetables with yogurt/ minyak zaitun & peanut. Nyums krup krap krup krap makan. Nak senang setiap meal ada telur. Contoh; suku pinggan nasi, separuh pinggan sayuran, seekor Ikan dan telur sebiji/ 2biji. Air kosong. Snek : peanut. Senam juga, brisk walk paling mudah. Brisk walk waktu pagi biar kena cahaya matahari pagi utk dapatkan Vitamin D.
