Hi mga momsh, share ko lang ginawa ko para magstimulate ang aking breastmilk..gumawa hubby ko ng malungay powder (ung dahon po ng malungay kinrash nya sa food processor pero hindi sya ung powder like) at hinahalo ko sya sa maternal milk ko half kutsarita lang po kasi mejo matapang ang lasa ng malungay..ngaun pa lang ako nagstart neto at sana paglabas ni baby may output na, currently 37 weeks na ako 😊 although may reseta naman si OB na malungay supplement pero naisip kasi namin bakit hindi all natural ang gawin at para din sa mga nagtitipid na momshies kagaya ko.. #firstbaby #1stimemom #breastfeeding
