haloo bunda-bunda, dari sore aku stuck pembukaan 1 terus nih. kira-kira cara ampuh buat nambah pembukaan apa ya? makasiih, btw aku hpl 11 april

    naik turun tangga, jongkok berdiri, terus jongkok dg posisi kaki di buka, jalan2. setau aku itu yg bisa bikin bukaan bertambah
