Senaman 3rd trimes

Hye mommies.. Ada sesapa boleh share tak mcm mana nak buat senaman utk persediaan bersalin, selain yg ada kat belakang buku pink tu. Ni first pregnancy so taktau sgt. Thanks in advance! ? & semoga kita semua sentiasa d dlm lindungan-Nya ??

    Mcm sy,banyakkan berjalan & kerapkan naik turun tangga & buat squad. Tau2 dah 3cm tanpa sedar & tak sakit. Skrg baby dah 5 bulan 🤗
