Any recommendations on which doctor to look for in KKH for delivery of baby?

This is my first pregnancy, and would like to find out more on which doctor is more experienced in handling deliveries.

My doctor in KKH was Dr Wee weiwei-sterkly. I had a c sec cause baby was in breeched position. She's was patient,kind and understanding dr. Her stitching skills is clean and tidy too.
